Ice Cream Party June 6th - Remember to Complete Form!
On Friday, June 6th, the Alcott PTG is hosting an ice cream social for all grades immediately after lunch. If your child has an allergy, there will be Luigi's Italian Ice as an allergy friendly option. If needed, a frozen treat can also be brought from home that meets your student's allergy needs. Please label this product with your child's first & last name and teacher. This item will be stored in the nurse's office until your student's time at the event.
If you haven’t already, please complete this form that was sent home by your child’s teacher to give your child permission to participate and to indicate whether they need an alternative to ice cream. Please complete it by tomorrow (Friday, May 30th) so the PTG has enough time to place the order with Bedford Farms. Thank you!

Library Book Swap and Returns
May 23rd was the last day for book checkout. Please return all books to the library by June 6th. If you can't find any items, please replace them or send in a check payable to "Alcott Lost Book Fund" so that we may replace them.
The Library Book Swap will run until June 6th. During class library time, students can exchange 1-3 books from home that they no longer want (elementary school age appropriate and in gently used condition) for books that other students have swapped.
Thank you for supporting the Alcott Library.

5th Grade Spring Fair is Tomorrow!
The Spring Fair is tomorrow - Friday, May 30! It will be held during the school day. The Spring Fair is organized by the 5th graders to raise money and to provide a fun morning out in the sunshine for the whole school. Please have your kids dress appropriately with sneakers and have them bring a small bag for any prizes they collect. Each class will rotate into the fair for 30 minutes. This year we are doing pre-order ticket sales that will be $8 per student (no need to bring small change!), and kids will be able to play as many games as the time permits. K-4 students can purchase their Spring Fair tickets HERE.
