Alcott School Advisory Council (SAC) Election: Please take a moment and review the contents of the OWL Blast that went out to all PTG subscribers yesterday regarding the SAC elections. Candidate bios and the mail chimp survey link are located in that email. Voting will remain open until the end of the day on Friday, October 13, 2023. Thank you to all those interested!

Alcott School Turkey Trot - Save the Date! The Turkey Trot is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 1 from 9:45-11:45am at Emerson Track. Last year we raised $9,181. We have raised over $140,000 in the past 27 years and helped multiple local and national charities. This year our pledges will be helping the Open Table and the Concord Recreation Department Scholarship Fund. Please note this is not a PTG fundraiser. 100% of what we raise goes directly to the charities! See Mr. G.’s letter here.

Interested in Volunteering for the Turkey Trot? Email tgaudreau@concordps.org by Friday, October 27, 2023. All volunteers can meet Mr. G. at the Emerson track.

Alcott Lost and Found: Lost and found items are sorted and organized every two weeks. Please ensure that all belongings, such as clothing (including hoodies and jackets), water bottles, lunchboxes, gloves, and snow gear (such as snow pants, boots, hats, and scarves), are properly labeled with the student's first initial and last name.

We kindly request your assistance in encouraging students to check the lost and found area, located outside the cafeteria. Any items labeled with the student's name will be returned to their respective classrooms. Items without a label will be stored for a duration of 30 days before being donated to those in need. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us manage the lost and found effectively.
